Fiberglass Pipe Mandrel | We fabricated this custom pipe mandrel for a fiberglass pipe manufacturer. We made several different sizes of the mandrels for their manufacturing needs. The mandrels incorporated a release mechanism that allows the mandrel to be collapsed slightly so it can be removed from the fiberglass pipe once it's formed.

UT TES | In support of the installation of a 1,000,000 gallon chilled water storage tank, we were selected to install the piping and equipment for the pumping station consisting of 2 - 600 hp pumps that vary between 1,500 gpm and 10,000 gpm depending on nighttime recharge or daytime usage and associated 30" and 42" diameter piping.

For this project, we prefabricated metal buildings that we prewired and ducted in our shop to replace the existing multizone air handling units. After hoisting into place we then installed smaller package air handling units to service the individually ducted zones.

Lorenzo deZavala State Archives | This project consisted of a complete HVAC and Plumbing renovation while maintaining two floors of occupancy at all times and also providing temperature and humidity controlled air to the archive floors while the other archive floors were being renovated helping to preserve Texas history. We also had to perform a complete replacement of the Penthouse mechanical room equipment, ducting and piping serving the building, while providing temporary services to the building occupants.
