Project Description
This project consisted of a complete HVAC and Plumbing renovation while maintaining two floors of occupancy at all times and also providing temperature and humidity controlled air to the archive floors while the other archive floors were being renovated helping to preserve Texas history. We also had to perform a complete replacement of the Penthouse mechanical room equipment, ducting and piping serving the building, while providing temporary services to the building occupants.
