Project Description
We performed the HVAC and Plumbing to this mixed-use, master-planned continuing care retirement community including an Independent Living Building with 173 residential units in two apartment building wings with a centrally-located commons area which includes kitchen, dining, recreational and other common facilities, and a Health Care Building with 20 assisted living units, 60 private skilled nursing beds, 16 memory support units, and administrative offices.
